The Rose Quarter campus has moved to a cash-free campus. Reverse ATM’s (ATM’s that accept cash and issue pre-loaded debit cards) can be found inside the Moda Center on the 100 level concourse at entry A-6 and A-21. On the 300 level, it can be found at entry C33. Kiosks are also available in the Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum at Entry BB and in the Box Office Lobby located between the Box Office and Rebound Sports Clinic.
Alcohol is served at most events at the Rose Quarter. Guests are served no more than two drinks at a time. During sporting events, alcohol can be purchased at concession stands or at several kiosks located throughout the concourse. Locations will vary depending on the event. Alcohol sales end at the start of the last period of play for basketball and hockey games. Guests are welcome to take their drinks back to their seats for most events. If you have any questions or concerns regarding an alcohol issue, please contact your nearest Guest Experience attendant or Security.
Pets are not allowed on the Rose Quarter. Only trained guide dogs and service animals assisting guests are welcome at the Rose Quarter. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.
Bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6" and backpacks are not permitted with exceptions for medical and childcare needs.
Modest-sized binoculars and field glasses are allowed for most events. You may be asked to remove your binoculars from the case and wear them using the strap around your neck/shoulders.
The Rose Quarter Box Office is open 10:00 am–3:00 pm every Monday through Friday. On event days, the box office will open two hours prior to the start of the scheduled event. Tickets are also available for purchase at rosequarter.com. Non-professional cameras (no SLR or DSLR cameras) without detachable lenses are permitted in the arena for Rose Quarter events, as long as no flash is used. Professional photography, video & audio recording, tripods, iPads, tablets and selfie sticks are strictly prohibited.
This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any device at their discretion.
Overnight camping on Rose Quarter property is prohibited and guests will be escorted off property. Guests are not permitted on campus before 8 am.
The Rose Quarter will now be a cash-free campus. This will allow for reduced contact, a frictionless customer experience and shorter wait times.
Q: What if I lose my card?
A: If you have your receipt, you can call the number printed on it and a customer service representative from the card company will be able to help you. If you do not have your receipt, unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do.
Q: Is the entire arena cash-free?
A: Yes.
Q: What forms of payment will be accepted?
A: We will now only accept credit, debit, prepaid cards and Apple Pay.
Q: What if I only have cash on me?
A: Multiple cash-to-card kiosks will be placed around the arena for guests to convert cash to a prepaid debit card for no fee. These cards can be used anywhere inside or outside the arena.
Q: Is there a limit to how much cash can be loaded to a card?
A: A card can be loaded with any variable from $1 to $500 and cannot be reloaded.
Q: How can I check how much money I have left on my card?
A: You can check your card balance by dialing the number printed on the back of the card.
ID Bracelets are complimentary and are available at any Guest Services Information Booth. They indicate the child’s section, row and seat location in-case of a separation. This will help our staff return the child to their seat location. For your safety, the bracelet does not include the child’s or parent’s name.
Children two years of age and older are required to have a ticket for an event, unless otherwise noted. For specific questions regarding the ticket age requirement for a show, please call (503) 797-9619. There are no age restrictions for live events unless stated at the time of ticket purchase.
Arena doors for Trail Blazers games 90minutes prior to tip-off. Doors for early entry and the Courtside Club will open 2 hours prior to tip-off. The10 Barrel Taproom and Schonley’s Place opens to the general public 2.5 hours prior to tip-off.
Arena door times for Rose Quarter events including concerts and family shows differ. Typically, doors will open one hour prior to the start time of your event. Please refer to the Know Before You Go email you will receive a couple of days prior to your event information or contact the RoseQuarter at 503-797-9600.
First Aid services are available during all events. Two First Aid stations are located in the Moda Center on the 100 level concourse, across from Entry A-9, and on the 300 level concourse, across from entry C-11. In the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, the First Aid station is located at entry OO. If you or a fellow guest requires medical attention, please contact your nearest Guest Experience Attendant or Security staff.
All food and drinks must be consumed in designated eating or drinking areas. For most, if not all events, food and drink may be consumed in the bowl and seating areas unless clearly stated otherwise.
As a reminder, all concession stands have moved to cash-free transactions. Please visit a reverse ATM if needed.

The Rose Quarter strives to provide guests with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. To ensure that a pleasant experience is not disrupted or ruined by a few unruly guests, we have established the Rose Quarter Code of Conduct. The following acts shall be grounds for denial of ticket sales, eviction from or non-admittance to the RoseQuarter grounds without a refund:

Laser pointers are strictly prohibited. Guests attempting to bring a laser pointer into the buildings will be asked to check the device at Bag Check, return the device to their vehicle or discard the device. If any guest uses a laser pointer at an event on the Rose Quarter campus or refuses to remove or discard their laser pointer, they will be escorted off the premises and are not entitled to a refund.
If you lose something during an event, stop by one of our information booths and fill out a Lost & Found form. Make sure to stop by after the event before you leave the building and double check if your item has been turned in. Lost and Found items may be picked up from the Facility Security department, Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm. Contact Lost and Found at (503) 963-3884.
The Lost Child program is available to all guests attending an event. Guests are asked to register their child at one of the information booths located on the 100 level concourse in the Moda Center at Entry A-7 and Entry a-24 and in the Veterans Memorial Coliseum at Entry CC. The child will receive a wristband with information a Guest Experience Attendant will use to reunite the child/parent should the child become separated from your party. For your safety, the bracelet does not include the child’s or parent’s name. Lost children/parents will be escorted to a Guest Information Booth where search procedures can be arranged.

If you or someone in your party need specific accommodation, please email us to discuss the need with our Guest Experience staff in advance of your arrival. You can also visit one of the Guest Experience Information Booths located near the North entrance at Entry A-7, or South entrance at Entry A-24.
Unfortunately, we cannot make announcements during an event to page anyone. If you leave your ticket information with your friend, spouse, babysitter, etc. (section, row and seat), they can call (503) 797-9712 and we will attempt to locate you based on this information. If we do not have all of the ticket information (i.e., row and seat information only), we will not be able to locate you. We recommend carrying a cell phone with you if you have one available.
Our Parent Rooms are a private, welcoming, and comfortable space for parents to escape and care for their small children. The rooms are located on the 100 level concourse at entry A-7 in the Moda Center behind the information booth and has amenities for nursing mothers as well as changing tables and sanitary supplies. Our Parent Room at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum can be located by asking any Guest Experience Attendant for directions.

There is no re-entry permitted for events at the Rose Quarter.
The policy for signs inside the Moda Center or Veterans’ Memorial Coliseum may vary for some events. For events that allow signs, signs must be handheld, holdable by one person, and may not obstruct the view of other guests. Poles, sticks, or any apparatus to display signs are prohibited, and there may not be any items attached to the sign. Signs may not be temporarily or permanently affixed to, or displayed on, any Rose Quarter structure, including through electronic or projected means. Signs—however displayed—must be germane to the event, must not be commercial or political in nature, obscene, or cause any disturbance to other guests. During Trail Blazers and Winterhawks games, signs cannot be larger than 11×17 inches and large banners are never permitted.
Outside the Moda Center and Veterans’ Memorial Coliseum, signs may not be temporarily or permanently affixed to, or displayed on, any Rose Quarter structure, including through electronic or projected means. Signs must not be obscene or cause any disturbance to other guests.
Any exceptions to the rules above must be expressly authorized by Rose Quarter management. Rose Quarter Management reserves the right to confiscate or remove any sign from the Rose Quarter.
The Rose Quarter is a smoke-free campus. All smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited on-site, including inside the Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum. If any guest is caught smoking inside the arena, they will be escorted off the premises and are not entitled to a refund.
Selling tickets to other people is strictly prohibited on Rose Quarter property. We do not guarantee nor do we refund the money of anyone who purchases tickets from unauthorized agents such as scalpers, unauthorized re-sellers or 3rd party sellers. If you purchase a ticket and it reads “Stop”, “Stolen” or “Already Entered” on our scanners then you will be denied access to the building and may be escorted from the property without refund. Those selling stolen, duplicate or fake tickets will be arrested.
Guests are urged to purchase tickets only from these authorized ticket agents:
Small, personal-sized umbrellas are allowed in the venue, but cannot be used inside the venue. Large umbrellas/golf umbrellas/any umbrella with a pointed end are not permitted.
Reusable (non-glass) water bottles are permitted. Bottles must be no larger than 32 oz and must empty upon entry.
All weapons are not permitted on our premises, even if you have a concealed weapons permit. Exceptions will not be made for off-duty police officers, security or military personnel not in service at the Rose Quarter, or other licensed carriers.
When severe weather hits the Portland area, such as ice and/or snow, Rose Quarter events may be affected. Please check our website or call (503) 235-8771 to see if an event will go on as planned.
Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available and can be arranged by calling our Guest Experience Department or by stopping by a Guest Information Booth during the event. Our Guest Experience Attendants can escort you to your seat from anywhere on the Rose Quarter campus. After the event, our attendants can escort you back to your vehicle or pick up location on the campus.
