
For the safety of all guests, aisles must be kept clear at all times. Please follow the directions of the usher in your section to your assigned ticketed seat and refrain from standing in the aisles. Dancing, lingering, etc. in the aisles will not be allowed for the safety of all guests.
All guests must be 21+ years of age and present a valid government-issued photo ID to purchase alcohol. Paper ID is not accepted.
A maximum of two (2) alcoholic beverages per valid ID per transaction is permitted.
Alcoholic beverages must be finished or disposed of prior to exiting the arena.
Only service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), are permitted.
AssistedListening Devices are provided free of charge with a valid form of identification from any Guest Information Booths (Moda Center near entries A7and A24, C33 Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum near entry B). Guests are encouraged to bring their own aux-compatible headphones/earbuds, but they will be available to check out should they not.
Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are located throughout the Rose Quarter and are available for use in the event of a medical emergency.

Bags 10x6x2 and smaller allow you to experience our expedited entry process and walk straight through screening with your bag. Bags, other than backpacks, larger than 10x6x2 up to 14x14x6 are allowed but must go through a bag line to be screened by x-ray machines and will require a longer wait.
Bag check is available free of charge at the P3 Lobby of the Garden Garage next to Moda Center’s North Entrance. Bag check cannot accept prohibited items.
Compact binoculars and field glasses up to 5x8 are allowed for most events. You may be asked to remove your binoculars from the case and wear them using the strap around your neck/shoulders for entry.
Please ensure the binocular case adheres to our bag policy.
The Rose Quarter Box Office is open 10:00 am–3:00 pm Monday through Friday, two hours prior to the start of the scheduled event and 90 minutes prior to Winterhawks games. Tickets are also available for purchase atrosequarter.com. Guests may line up or wait on campus beginning at 8:00 AM on the day of the event for which they hold a valid ticket.
The Moda Center & Veterans Memorial Coliseum are cash-free arenas to allow for reduced contact, a frictionless customer experience and shorter wait times.
Q: What if I only brought cash?
A: Reverse ATMs (ATMs that accept cash and issue pre-loaded debit cards)are available inside Moda Center on the 100 Level concourse at entry A-6 andA-21, on the 300 Level at entry C33, inside the Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum at Entry B and in the Box Office Lobby located between the Box Office and ReboundSports Clinic.
Q: What if I lose my reverse ATM card?
A: If you have your receipt, you can call the number printed on it and a customer service representative from the card company will be able to help you.If you do not have your receipt, unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do.
Q: Is the entire arena cash-free?
A: Yes.
Q: What forms of payment will be accepted?
A: We will accept credit, debit, prepaid cards, and Apple Pay.
Q: What if I only have cash on me?
A: Multiple cash-to-card kiosks will be placed around the arena for guests to convert cash to a prepaid debit card for no fee. These cards can be used anywhere inside or outside the arena.
Q: Is there a limit to how much cash can be loaded to a card?
A: A card can be loaded with any variable from $1 to $500and cannot be reloaded.
Q: How can I check how much money I have left on my card?
A: You can check your card balance by dialing the number printed on the back of the card.
Q: Can I use my remaining balance outside of the Rose Quarter campus?
A: Yes, cards are accepted anywhere Mastercard is taken.
To ensure a great experience for all our guests during an event at the Rose Quarter campus, we have Fuze charging stations, which allow you to rent a charging device to charge up your phone, tablet, etc.

Children two years of age and older are required to have a ticket for an event, unless otherwise noted. For specific questions regarding the ticket age requirement for a show, please call (503) 797-9619. There are no age restrictions for live events unless stated at the time of ticket purchase.Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner at all times while attending events at the Rose Quarter. Behavior that disrupts the event or the experience of other guests may result in ejection from the facility without refund.
Disturbances include, but are not limited to:
* Standing on chairs or other arena fixtures
* Disorderly or intoxicated behavior
* Fighting or challenging others to fight
* Exposing private body parts
* Interfering with or delaying the event
* Violations of Rose Quarter or event policies
* Violations of local, state, or federal laws
* Igniting or displaying open flames (lighters, matches, etc.) in the seating bowl
* Attempting to access the court, ice, stage, or backstage areas without proper authorization
* Throwing or launching objects or liquids
* Willfully disturbing guests or staff with excessive or unreasonable noise
* Profanity or offensive language that may provoke a violent reaction
* Taunting or using offensive language toward players, officials, performers, or other guests
* Guests who engage in disruptive behavior may be subject to ejection, revocation of event privileges, and/or arrest.
General doors for regular-season Trail Blazers games will open 75 minutes prior to tip-off. Dr. Jack’s will open 3 hours prior to tip-off.
General doors for regular-season Winterhawks games will open 60 minutes prior to puck-drop.
Arena door times for Rose Quarter events including concerts and family shows vary. Typically, doors will open one hour prior to the scheduled start time of your event. Please refer to the Know Before You Go email you will receive a couple days before your event or contact the Rose Quarter at 503-797-9600.
All guests must wear a shirt and shoes at all times. Rose Quarter management reserves the right to deny entry or require modification of attire that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive to the event experience.
Applicable to all events:
* Clothing or accessories with offensive, hateful, or discriminatory language or imagery are prohibited.
* Attire that exposes excessive body parts or presents a safety concern may result in denied entry.
* Full-face coverings, masks, or costumes that obscure identity may be restricted.
* Certain events, tours, or performers may impose additional attire requirements.
Age Restrictions:
Guests over the age of 2 are required to have a ticket for admission, and guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. There are no age requirements to attend events unless otherwise stated for a specific show.
Car Seats/Strollers:
Car seats and strollers allowances varies by event and/or ticket type.
Child ID Bracelets:
Child ID Bracelets indicate the child’s section, row, and seat location and can help our staff reunite a child with their party in-case of a separation.They are complimentary and are available at any Guest Information Booth.
Child Needs/Bags:
Child bags, bottles, and specific foods are permitted into the buildings, but they must enter through a bag line and go through search/an x-ray machine.
Family Restrooms:
Family restrooms are available inside the Moda Center (A22 and C14 )&Veterans Memorial Coliseum (Entry O or on the event level) and changing tables are available in most restrooms throughout the campus.
Parent Rooms:
Our Parent Rooms are a private, welcoming, and comfortable space for parents to escape and care for their small children. The rooms are located on the 100 Level concourse at entry A-7 in the Moda Center behind the information booth and has amenities for nursing parents as well as changing tables and sanitary supplies. Our Parent Room at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum can be located by asking any Guest Experience Attendant for directions.
Waiting Areas:
Parent/guardian waiting areas are only provided in our on-site restaurant, Dr. Jack’s, for some events. Please refer to the specific event page for additional details.
First Aid services are available during all events. Two First Aid stations are located in the Moda Center on the 100 Level concourse, across from Entry A-9, and on the 300 Level concourse, across from entry C-11. In the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, the First Aid station is located at entry O. If you or a fellow guest requires medical attention, please contact your nearest staff member.
The Rose Quarter offers a wide variety of great local food options at events. While not every option is available for every event, we are confident you will be able to find something tasty to enjoy.
All outside food and beverages are prohibited from Moda Center & Veterans Memorial Coliseum with exceptions for medical and children needs.

For the safety of all guests, beverages are often required to be poured from cans or bottles and reusable water bottles are not permitted on the floor. Designated General Admission lines open at 8:00 am, overnight camping is prohibited.
Wrapped gifts are not permitted inside either arena. Flowers may be allowed for certain events, but security retains the right to search and deny any gifts from entry.

Treat all guests, performers, athletes, officials, and staff with courtesy and respect. Harassment, discriminatory language, disruptive behavior, or abusive actions will not be tolerated.
• Support a Safe Environment
Conduct yourself in a way that does not endanger or interfere with the safety or comfort of others. Guests will comply with requests from Rose Quarter staff regarding venue operations and emergency response procedures.
Guests are responsible for helping maintain a safe and enjoyable environment and should report any incident, concern, or inappropriate behavior to venue personnel immediately.
• Enjoy Alcohol Responsibly
Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated, or underage guest will be handled promptly and safely. Management reserves the right to deny entry and/or refuse service to guests displaying signs of impairment or intoxication.
• Sit in Your Ticketed Seat
Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats.
Guests must always possess a valid ticket and/or credential and provide it when requested.
Guests are permitted to sit or stand during an event if they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles, and/or on chairs is strictly prohibited.
• Follow All Venue Policies
Guests must comply with all screening processes, bag policies, recording restrictions, smoking rules, and any event-specific guidelines provided by Rose Quarter staff, public safety partners, leagues, or touring productions.
Examples of Behaviors & Items Not Permitted
The following actions violate the Code of Conduct and may result in denied entry, relocation, removal without refund, or trespass:

Policies may be updated or modified at any time based on event requirements, league rules, or safety needs.
We’ve established a Guest Text Line to provide an easy way for guests to ask simple questions or share a concern. For example, if you are looking for specific campus directions, need to report an issue, or are curious about where to find the Guest Information Booth, text 503-486-1470 for assistance.
If you lose something during an event, stop by the South Information booth at A23 at Moda Center or Entry B at VMC and fill out a Lost & Found form. Make sure to stop by after the event before you leave the building and double-check if your item has been turned in. Lost and Found items may be picked up from the Facility Security department, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm. Contact Lost and Found at (503) 963-3884. We cannot provide escorts into the facility after you have left the event to search for an item.

During hockey games at Veterans Memorial Coliseum, protective netting is installed above the glass behind both goals. This netting is designed to reduce the number of pucks that may leave the ice surface and enter the seating area.
While this added measure provides increased protection, pucks may still enter the seating area and can cause serious injury. Guests are reminded to remain alert at all times while the puck is in play.
There is no re-entry permitted for events at the Rose Quarter.
All restrooms in both Moda Center and the Veterans Memorial Coliseum have accessible stalls and changing tables. In Moda Center, red walls mark the women’s restrooms, and men’s restrooms have black walls. All user/family restrooms at Moda Center are located at A22 and C14 and at Entry O or on the event level at the Coliseum.
For the safety of all guests, everyone entering the Moda Center or Veterans Memorial Coliseum is subject to security screening conducted by trained security personnel. The Rose Quarter reserves the right to prohibit or confiscate items that may pose a safety risk, disrupt the event, or violate the Code of Conduct or Prohibited Items Policy.
Guests who decline screening may be denied entry or removed from the venue.
The Rose Quarter utilizes Evolv Express® screening technology at select entrances to provide a faster and more efficient entry experience. Guests may keep small personal items such as cell phones, keys, and wallets on their person unless otherwise directed by security staff.
Guests may be directed to secondary screening, which may include walk-through magnetometers, handheld wands, or visual inspection. All permitted bags are subject to search upon entry and at any time while inside the venue.
Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum are Sensory Inclusive Venues.Our Guest Experience team members have completed training to better assist guests who have sensory needs. We offer sensory bags, including noise-cancelling headphones, fidget toys, and feeling thermometers at both venues. Sensory Bags can be checked out for free at our Guest Information Booths with either an ID or credit card. We are also proud to offer a Sensory room inside the Moda Center, which can be accessed by visiting one of our Guest Information booths.
Signs cannot be larger than 11x17, blank, attached to anything, or obstruct the view of other guests, and content must be directly related to the event. Flags are not allowed.
The Rose Quarter is a smoke-free campus. All smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited on-site, including inside the Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum. If any guest is caught smoking inside the arena, they will be escorted off the premises and are not entitled to a refund.
Smart phones are permitted, unless otherwise prohibited for a particular show by the event promoter or performer. Non-professional cameras (no SLR or DSLR cameras) without detachable lenses are permitted in the arena, as long as no flash is used. Professional photography, video & audio recording, tripods, and selfie sticks are strictly prohibited. Laptops or any type of personal computers or tablets will be admitted inside the arena; however, guests are not permitted to use these items inside of the seating bowl to ensure that guests are not disturbed in surrounding areas.
This policy will be strictly enforced, and management reserves the right to deny any device at its discretion.
The temperature inside the arena may vary depending on the event. For NBA, WNBA, and WHL games, temperatures are set in accordance with league standards. For concerts and special events, temperatures may be determined by the artist or tour. Guests are encouraged to dress accordingly.
Facility Tours are currently only available to our community partner organizations, we look forward to showing you around at your next event!
Small, personal-sized umbrellas are allowed in the venue, but cannot be used inside the venue. Large umbrellas/golf umbrellas/any umbrella with a pointed end are not permitted.
Selling tickets to other people is strictly prohibited on Rose Quarter property. We do not guarantee nor do we refund the money of anyone who purchases tickets from unauthorized agents such as scalpers, unauthorized re-sellers or 3rd party sellers. If you purchase a ticket and it reads “Stop”, “Stolen” or “Already Entered” on our scanners then you will be denied access to the building and may be escorted from the property without refund. Those selling stolen, duplicate or fake tickets will be arrested.

Vending & soliciting are strictly prohibited on the Rose Quarter campus.
Empty non-glass water bottles up to 32 oz are allowed inside the arenas except on GA Floors. Water filling stations are located throughout the Moda Center at entries A1, A8, A11, A17, A21, & C34. Water fountains are also featured throughout Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
Weapons, including concealed weapons, are a prohibited item on the Rose Quarter campus. No weapons are permitted on our premises, even if you have a concealed weapons permit, are an off-duty police officer, or military personnel not in service at the Rose Quarter.
Severe weather can affect events. If an approaching weather event could impact your event, we highly recommend checking the Rose Quarter website and social media channels for real-time updates. If an event is postponed, canceled, or otherwise changed, we will notify ticket holders directly.
Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available and can be arranged by calling our Guest Experience Team or by stopping by a Guest Information Booth during the event. For an escort during an event at Moda Center, please call: 503-797-9750; for events at Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum, please call: 503-797-9650. Our Guest Experience Staff can escort you to your seat from anywhere on the Rose Quarter campus. After the event, our attendants can escort you back to your vehicle or pick-up location on the campus.
