The Rose Room

Our most elegant space available, the Rose Room is perfect for your formal gathering of any size.  This area, which features a two-story windowed wall overlooking the Rose Quarter commons, is large enough to accommodate upwards of 275 guests.  Tastefully decorated to match any occasion, enjoy the finest catered meal from our built-in buffet and sip a cocktail at the expansive semi-circular bar.  The Rose Room is equipped with a large projection screen, allowing for attention-grabbing presentations and videos sure to wow.   Any evening spent in the Rose Room will undoubtedly be one you’ll cherish for a lifetime.

Executive Suite Level Conference Room

The Executive Suite Level Conference Room is without question the perfect place to host your next business meeting.  This space features video and overhead equipment for your convenience and can accommodate up to 36 people.  The room is located on the southwest corner of the Executive Suite Level across from suites 9 & 10.  Our conference room is equipped with the following:

  • Two 31” televisions
  • Easel
  • Note Pads
  • Communication hook up for computer equipment
  • Overhead projector unit
  • Two automated projection screens
  • Two phones
  • Copier and supplies
  • Conference speaker phone

Private Dining Room

Our Private Dining Room is an intimately sized space for up to 40 guests and is perfectly tailored to host your next dinner meeting or corporate luncheon.  Choose any combination of food and beverage from our broad menu and allow us to serve it hot and ready to you and your guests.  This room is conveniently equipped with projection hook-ups for your presentation needs and is located on the west end of the club level.

Memorial Coliseum

Along with our many venues at the Rose Garden, we also offer a wide range of facilities at the Memorial Coliseum.  These rooms within Portland’s historic arena will add a wonderful element of nostalgia to any function.  Enjoy a reunion, meeting, reception, or holiday party in any of the following spaces:

  • US Plywood Room: 208 Theater/350 Banquet
  • Weyerhaeuser Room: 180 Theater/120 Banquet
