The tour is announced with only three more episodes until the winner of American Idol Season 7 is crowned. Fans will get a chance to see not only the winner, but also the other top nine performers from the show. Right now, only David Archuleta (17 yrs old from Murray, UT), David Cook (25 yrs old from Blue Springs, MO), and Syesha Mercado (21 yrs old from Sarasota, FL) remain in the battle to be America’s newest pop phenomenon.  Other Idol contestants who will be performing include: Jason Castro (20 yrs old from Rockwall, TX), Brooke White (24 yrs old from Mesa, AZ), Carly Smithson (24 yrs old from San Diego, CA), Kristy Lee Cook (24 yrs old from Selma, OR), Michael Johns (29 yrs old from Buckhead, GA), Ramiele Malubay (20 yrs old from Miramar, FL), and Chikezie (22 yrs old from Inglewood, CA).

Pacific Northwest fans are anticipating Kristy Lee Cook’s performance at the Rose Garden.  Kristy Lee Cook was born in Seattle, Washington and currently resides in Selma, Oregon. In 2001, at the age of seventeen, Kristy Lee Cook signed her first contract with BMI. Interestingly, Britney Spears agreed to make a cameo appearance in her first music video.  According to her RMG page, Kristy signed with RCA Records/Arista Nashville in 1999, and was the first artist signed to Spears' production company.

This season of the show has been bigger than ever with guest musicians every week bringing the theme nights to a whole new level. With American Idol still proving to be the #1 show on television and millions of people voting every week, this concert should be a great performance by all of the fan favorites.
