Guest Conduct Policies
The Rose Quarter strives to provide guests with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. To ensure that a pleasant experience is not disrupted or ruined by a few unruly guests, we have established the Rose Quarter Code of Conduct. The following acts shall be grounds for denial of ticket sales, eviction from or non-admittance to the Rose Quarter grounds without a refund:
-
Activity likely to endanger person or property
-
Activity or item that could disrupt or interfere with performances or other activities including, but not limited to, air horns or laser pointers
-
Bringing into the facility articles that could be perceived as dangerous including, but not limited to, weapons, chains, bottles or cans
-
Smoking or carrying a lighted cigar, cigarette or pipe in NO SMOKING areas
-
Individuals who appear intoxicated

-
Consuming or carrying dispensed alcohol in areas other than designated areas for consumption

Laser Pointers
Laser pointers are strictly prohibited. If any guest refuses to turn over their laser pointer, they will be escorted off the premises and are not entitled to a refund.
Lost & Found
If you lose something during an event, stop by one of our information booths and fill out a Lost & Found form. Make sure to stop by after the event and double check if your item has been turned in. Lost and Found items may be picked up from the Facility Security department, Monday through Friday 9a to 4p. For all Lost and Found inquires, please call 503.797.9712.
Lost Child Information
It is always suggested that each member of your party carry their own ticket. If a child has their ticket in a pocket, it helps in reuniting them more quickly. Quite often, adults can be separated from their party just as easily as children, so it is best for everyone to carry their own ticket. Lost children/parents should be escorted to a Guest Information Booth where search procedures can be arranged. The Lost Child program is available to all guests attending an event. Guests are asked to register their child at one of the
information booths. The child will receive a wristband with information a Guest Attendant will use to reunite the child/parent should the child become separated from your party. For your safety, the bracelet does not include the child's or parent's name.
Go to TopPaging a Guest
Unfortunately, we cannot make announcements during an event to page anyone. If you leave your ticket information with your friend, spouse, babysitter, etc. (section, row and seat), they can call 503.797.9712 and we will attempt to locate you based on this information. If we do not have all of the ticket information (i.e., row and seat information only), we will not be able to locate you. We recommend carrying a cell phone with you if you have one available.
Parent Room
For select Rose Quarter events, we offer a parent room. When one is offered, this information will be posted on our website on the event details page. You do not need a ticket to enter the parent room, but will need to pay for parking if you decide
to park in one of our garages for the evening. Sorry, no in and out privileges will be given once you pay for parking. Popcorn, sodas and water will be available in the parent room. Sorry, no outside food and beverages (including water) are permitted inside the Rose Garden and Memorial Coliseum.
Please remember to write down where your child is sitting for your own information. If your child wants to meet you, they will be allowed into the parent room, but because all of our events are ticketed, you will not be able to go to their seats. Make arrangements in advance to meet your child after the event. Parents are not allowed entry into the arena even after the event has ended. We recommend that you either meet your child at the parent room or outside the building at one of our main entrances. We recommend using landmarks or entries to make it easy to remember for both you and your child.
For example, the North Entrance is located at Entry A-7 and is attached to the Garden Garage parking. The South Entrance is at Entry A-25 and has the Essential Forces water feature outside.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted into Rose Quarter facilities: food, beverages (including alcohol, soda & water), bottles, cans, weapons, firearms, coolers, containers, illegal substances, noisemakers, air horns, whistles, laser pointers, balloons, or oversized banners.
Go to TopRe-Entry
There is no re-entry permitted for events at the Rose Quarter.
Go to TopSign Policy
The sign policy may vary for some events. For events that allow signs,
we ask that signs are not mounted on a stick/pole and must be held by
one person. Signs can be no larger than 11" x 17" in order that others
views are not blocked. There may not be any items attached to the sign
and the sign may not be affixed to any structure. Signs must not be
commercial in nature and must be germane to the event. Large banners
are never permitted. Management reserves the right to confiscate or
remove any sign from the facility.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside of the Rose Quarter facilities. Guests are directed to use the designated smoking areas/patios.
Standing during an event
We have a majority rule for sections. If the majority of the section is standing, then we allow standing. If there are only a few guests standing and they are interfering with the view of others behind them, then we ask them to sit. Each situation is handled on an individual basis. Standing on seats, rails or other structures is never permitted under any circumstances.
